As an experienced recruitment leader, I bring over 20 years of expertise spanning, talent acquisition, human resources, candidate experience, client engagement, employer branding, communications, foreign direct investment and event management. I sat on the senior leadership team at Indeed just shy of 7 years where I gained the most invaluable experience, firstly leading a Client Success team to launch products, and later was promoted to EMEA Channel manager, where I was responsible for managing and leading the following HR functions, Internal mobility, Referrals, Sourcing and TA Employer Brand.
Previous to indeed I was Head of Foreign Direct Investment for over 12 years, supporting the IDA secure investment to create jobs in Ireland. I was on the leading team who supported a wide variety of companies transition their EMEA HQ into Ireland, including Google, Meta, Amazon, Amgen, Allergan, Boston Scientific, Medtech Smartbox, Petsafe, and many more.
